Egg Mask

This is a very simple hair mask that works great for all hair types, as you know they are a great source of protein. Egg whites are full of bacteria eating enzymes which is a great hair and scalp cleanser. If you have oily hair, I suggest you use only egg whites because the yolk is rich in fat. Use the full egg for normal to dry hair.

1 to 2 Full eggs depending on your hair’s fullness and length (egg white only for oily hair)
3 to 4 drops of lemon juice

Combine your eggs with 3 to 4 drops of lemon juice
Beat until frothy
Apply evenly to your hair
Cover with a shower cap and leave in for 20 minutes
Rinse well with cold water and a mild shampoo

This can be applied a few times a week or a month for a great protein treatment.
